When Dr. Goodreau told me he was retiring but said he had a wonderful dentist coming into the practice. I was very apprehensive in that I had been Larry’s patient for over 40 years.
Boy, was I wrong to be concerned! After two recent appointments with Dr. Yassamy, I found that I now have a very skilled dentist who is gentle and very caring. I couldn’t be happier to have Dr. Yassamy as my dentist and I look forward to future appointments with her.
I am blessed to have stumbled upon Dr. Yassamy. I have been a general dentistry patient of hers for several years, and can state without hesitation that she is beyond wonderful. From my very first appointment, she has been above average on so many fronts. She is always thorough in her assessments and explanations of services to be performed. She takes the time necessary to ensure you, as a patient feel comfortable with whatever procedures are necessary. The patient is her priority. Approximately one year ago, I mentioned in a casual conversation that I’d been experiencing neck and should/back pain along with semi frequent headaches. I’d explained that I’d gone to see chiropractors and done various forms of yoga to attempt to alleviate the pain. Dr. Yassamy explained the benefits that other patients with similar ailments had experienced with neuromuscular dentistry. Approximately one year later, I am happy to say that the tension and pain once felt has been alleviated. It’s amazing to me how slight improvements in dental alignment can make such a difference in one’s overall posture and physical well-being. Dr. Yassamy was there every step of the way. She personally handled each treatment session herself and consistently followed up with me to check in on my results. I couldn’t imagine a more attentive doctor. I should add that her staff and peers repeatedly spoke of her with utmost regard. She is known as “the perfectionist” and my experience with her confirms such.

It is Difficult to imagine a patient who could be more cautious, fearful and/or downright suspicious of dentists/dentistry than me. My basic premise is that everything involved is fundamentally barbaric.
While my doctor-patient relationship with Dr. Yassamy is new, I am surprisingly hopeful. The team (including Dr. Yassamy) actually is quite a hoot. Stayed tuned.
What else can I say? Thank you big time! I am so thankful to have you as my dentist! Thank you for always being so kind and caring! It’s really rare to find a dentist you trust and enjoy going to! I think you are one of the best! I will work on not drinking soda.

I have been going to Dr. Yassamy for the past year. Dr. Yassamy and her wonderful staff have been a blessing. They are very knowledgeable, professional and kind. I needed quite a bit of work done to my teeth including partial crowns, a crown replacement, and fillings. Dr. Yassamy’s work cannot be matched. Friends cannot tell which tooth has the crown. She is very informative and willing to spend time answering questions and educating the patient. Also, I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental work. It is on my list of top 5 things I hate to do. Dr. Yassamy and her staff were very understanding and did everything they could to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. I made it through all the procedures just fine! Thank you!
Doctor Fary Yassamy is an exceptional dentist that cares for both the well being of her client’s teeth but also the person. Dr. Yassamy is an individual that seeks to achieve the highest level of professionalism and strives towards being top in her field. Dr. Yassamy is up to date with the latest technology and procedures for patient care in all areas. Dr. Yassamy’s staff of dental hygienists, dental assistants, and office administrators are professional and friendly. Together with Dr. Yassamy they work to make your visit a positive experience. The staff is organized and proficient.
Dr. Yassamy’s office is clean and welcoming. It is apparent careful effort is engaged in decorations and day to day maintenance. In short, I highly recommend Dr. Yassamy.
Dealing with the pain from Lupus, I always thought, nothing else could be worse. I was mistaken! For years, I dealt with dreadful pain in my neck and radiating headaches due to a herniated disc. Pain killers, anti-inflammatory pills and epidural injections were temporary solutions. The chronic headaches changed my character. I was impatient, moody, and tense. My neurosurgeon recommended surgery however at best I was given a 65% guarantee of being pain free and at the risk of a dangerous outcome.
I met Dr. Yassamy by luck. She is my sister’s and mother’s dentist. Every time my mom and I would return for an appointment, Dr. Yassamy would say, “You need to make an appointment.” Well, there I was, finally a patient of Dr. Yassamy. She identified my issues immediately.
Much to my belief, I still can’t figure out how this mouthpiece, called ORTHOTIC, which I have been using for one year, has done the trick. No more headaches and as a matter of fact, I’ve actually become a pleasant person. The other surprise is that I haven’t had a sinus infection in nine months versus monthly antibiotics.
I remember on two occasions when I called her office. The first time I lost my orthotic and the second time I cracked it. On both occasions, Dr. Yassamy made time for me even with her busy schedule.
Dr. Yassamy is a very passionate and dedicated dentist. And needless to say, the BEST at what she does. She believes in alternative medicine. She listens and responds to her patients because she cares about her patients. When you’re in her chair, there are no surprises but only results.
Dr. Yassamy, thank you very much for giving me my life back. I believe your dedication and success in helping future patients will be rewarded by your reputation as being recognized and respected for what you have contributed in your profession.
I was plagued with TMJ, chronic headaches and neck pain. After coming to see her, she introduced me to one of her specialties - neuromuscular dentistry. This consisted of creating an orthotic for me to wear at night, as well as periodically getting TENS treatments. It literally changed my life. I no longer have the chronic headaches and neck pain. My TMJ is starting to diminish. It's a miracle.
